Regenerate Cascadia welcomes Greater Victoria as a landscape group
On 27 October 2025 Regenerate Cascadia welcomed Regenerate Victoria as a new landscape group in its Cascadia BioRegen Program, covering the Greater Victoria area on southern Vancouver Island, within the Olympic Mountain rain shadow.
Regenerate Cascadia described the group as using bioregionalism as a lens: seeing the region's issues as interconnected aspects of one living system, and offering a bridge between Indigenous governance systems that have always been place-based and contemporary movements.
The group's page on Regenerate Cascadia is regeneratecascadia.org/groups/victoria.
