About the map
The map is built from open data and open-source code. Most layers are off until you turn them on. Each one says where its data comes from and under what licence it is shown.
First Nations territories, where shown, come from published sources and are credited. Territories overlap and are not legal boundaries. The map shows no sensitive or sacred sites.
The same map code can be pointed at another bioregion by changing its bounding box and layers.
